Terms of Service

RepFlow is a field CRM for pharmaceutical and medical sales reps, provided by Edgars Laizāns, trading as North Light Press, a sole trader established in Latvia (EU). Contact: hello@northlightpress.net.

1. The service

RepFlow lets reps log visits (by voice, text, or photo), organises them into a doctor/clinic CRM, and helps managers see territory activity.

2. Plans and billing

• Solo (Free): up to 15 visits per month.
• Rep: €15/month, unlimited visits.
• Team: €35/seat/month, includes the manager dashboard.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in EUR and exclude or include VAT as handled by Stripe at checkout. You can cancel any time; paid access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use RepFlow to break the law, to upload data you have no right to hold, to attack the service, or to resell access without permission.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into RepFlow and can export it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

5. AI output is assistive

RepFlow uses AI to structure notes and draft briefs. Output is assistive and may contain errors — always review it before relying on it.

6. Not a medical device

RepFlow is a CRM tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

7. Your compliance

You are responsible for complying with pharmaceutical promotion, transparency, and healthcare-professional data rules in your own country.

8. Service "as is" and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email to your account address.
