Refund Policy

RepFlow is provided by Edgars Laizāns, trading as North Light Press (Latvia, EU). This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your first purchase. Email us within 14 days of that first purchase and we will refund it.
2. Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Access stays active until the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial months after the 14-day window.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are refunded pro-rata within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date. After 14 days, annual plans continue to the end of the paid year and are not refunded.
4. How to request a refund
- Email hello@northlightpress.net from the address on your account.
- Tell us which plan and the approximate purchase date.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Free Solo tier
The Solo tier is free — nothing to refund.
